sailboats to go

Has anyone purchased the sailing rig from sailboatstogo.com ? It looks like well made rig and reasonablely priced , anyone have any feed back on this? it looks like it would be a fun add on the an already awsome canoe ( a Bob's special).

canoe sail rigs

I came across a sail rig here on the net called Sailboats to go. It looks like it might be a fun addition to my Bob's special canoe. Has anyone tryed this rig? My concern would be attaching all the rigging would it scratch my trim? And would there be alot of stress on my gunnels as the sail is attac...

Hello there! I cut my sheer line on my bob's special before glassing, I transfered the lines of the shear line in pencil then kept scoreing the line with a stanley knife. It made a nice clean cut .

Hello, I hope this isnt a silly question...wellll here goes, when I and sitting in my bob,s special canoe solo the stern of the boat is slightly up out of the water, this seems common with canoes riding solo in a tandem canoe. Hmmmm well Kerry no I didnt weigh it but hmmm a bathroom scale i might have to try that once , stand it on end on the scale should work.....I think mine might be about 60 or 65 lbs but I will let ya know asap ;o)
