I have the same stripes on my Nomad, visible if you know where to look. I suspect they are to do with my poor squeegee techniques, but not 100% sure. Nomad launched
I launched my Nomad after about 1.5 years of work on it. It weighs in at 59 pounds, and while it still needs a few finishing touches (more varnish, better yoke, etc) we launched it in Algonquin Park last week. Adding a keel on a Nomad
I launched my Nomad last week (pics coming soon) and am now thinking of adding a keel. I did not get a chance to paddle it fully loaded, but even half loaded it has a strong tendency to swing in the wind. Have any Nomad builders added a keel?
