History of cedar stripping

I was browsing the web, but couldn't seem to find the history of cedar strip building. It looks like Peterborough started cedar stripping, but who started fiberglassing the hull?

The only tidbit of information that I could find is that the method was refined by some canoe racers.

Fairing

I hope I'm not the only one who's done this...

I mixed 105 with 407... But I didn't add any hardener. I filled all of the gaps on my canoe...

What do I do now? Will it ever cure? Or do I need to wipe it all off?

Hello, I am a 19 y/o from Northern Ontario building a Prospector. As I am pretty new, I have had a few problems.
