Thanks for the post ! I'm guessing you attached the seats to blocks glued to the hull. Did you bead and cove your strips ? I was pretty careful with my epoxy work and made my gunnels smaller than normal. I also mounted the seat to blocks glued to the hull, which allowed me to loose any thwarts.
