I figured as much, Jim. Not real happy with myself on that one.
Thanks for the link.
Nice seats.

Glass Scrape Repair
Being careless with moving the canoe, I rubbed the outside hull somehow. I thought the rub was just on the exterior and re-coated epoxy. Marks are still there. Is there a fix for this before I varnish? A little help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also looking for a supplier of Babiche for the seats...

Re: Fine Seethrough Gaps In Strips
Thanks, Brian.
I figured that is what the method of repair needed, but wanted to hear it from someone who knows more than I. Glad there are not many areas to repair
Thanks for the advice.

Fine Seethrough Gaps In Strips
Have some fine lines in a few of the strips. When shining an LED light from the form side of the hull, I can see small areas of light penetrating the outside of the hull. Not sure if, when epoxy and glass are applied, the gaps will be filled. Any suggestions before I fiberglass?

Re: Stems To Stem Molds
Thanks, Denis. I guess maybe I was overthinking it a might, but I figured it was better to as a silly question rather than make a stupid mistake.
I agree Jim, but what you suggest would mean making two different sets of molds and trying to over adjust leaving me with the opposite problem as now, no?

Stems To Stem Molds
New builder here. Thanks in advance. After soaking, forming, and drying three days, laminated, with thickened epoxy, the inside and outside stems to the molds. Waited over night, then removed epoxied stems. Inner and outer matched well. Mounted all station and stem molds to strongback. When re-layin...
