Scratches

Hey folks! My lovely dog jumped up on my yet to be glassed Redbird. Raw cedar strips. Claws made some nice scratch lines. Can I use a wet towel and an iron to raise the scratches? Will the wood glue seperate when heated? Man, this sucks. Thanks for looking. Tony

Fairing Compounds

Which is better, Microlite 407, or 410 for filling in gaps on hull? Also do you use sanding dust from your own sanding or is this somthing you can get from West systems? If you use your own then I guess you would jump ahead and do some sanding, Right? Thank You, Tony

Shaping Stems

Canoe Craft says to plane the stem so that it flows into the rocker of the hull. Any tips or advice on this ? Thank You, Tony (Redbird)

catlized epoxy

In canoe craft, It says to apply unthickend catlized epoxy to the end of the thirsty planks. What is catlized epoxy?

Sheerline @ Stem molds

Should the sheerline @ stem molds be extended to the outside of the inside stem ? ( Redbird). Thanks, Tony in paradise.
