Cutting out the molds

I just began cutting out the molds for my Prospector. I immediately made a mistake in that I cut the 4x8 plywood in half. Unfortunately, the first three stations are over 24 inches tall !! I know, I should have looked at the plans more carefully! Anyway, I then got down to figuring out how much more...
