I have set my sights on building a True North strip kayak and was wondering if anyone had actually built and paddled one. I am 240 lbs, 6' 2" and carry a fair amount of gear (50 lbs of camera gear, and about 40 - 60 lbs of camping gear). I don't plan on riding a waterfall into a set of rapids, ...
