Glen, Nice "stair job." If you use the Bear Mtn/TM inner/outer stem approach, do you do the end pour for "strength" or to seal any exposed wood that did not get sealed with epoxy during the interior glassing? I would think that with this construction method, end pours would not be necessary, except ...

I have used the US Composites on my Endeavour. Since it is my first boat, I have nothing to compare it with, but I will give you my comments, nonetheless. Overall, I was very happy with the products. I have only used the dry heat gun method. It worked extremely well, with only a minor hint of a problem in the tightest radius on the inner stem (at the stern on an Endeavour), using 1/4" cedar.
