Everything is popping and cracking!
Well I didn't get the shell tacked back to the stations yet due to (change of job stress's and time) . The keel is poping out out of the shell.There is no keel instal but the stips at the kee lin(herring bone) is popping.Any way to stop it?

I tried to make the outer stem on mine after the fact. I made a glue up station from the pattern. That was a mistake. It twisted on glue up and the pattern was somewhat off and the stem would not sit correct no matter what amount of shaping I was going to do. The bend was just too far off. So, take ...

Sorry about the unclear post. The strips are already glued and there is an inside stem only. The orginal starter of this project did not make an outer stem and I think it's kinda late for that process.(Making them at the same time would have been the best idea). So my thought here is to sand, file, ...
