I use Pledge Furniture Polish. Rather than spray it on the boat I dampen a rag with a small amount and wipe it over the hull and then buff out with a soft cotton towel.

I need a couple of paddles quick and won't have time to make my own until next winter. Really don't want to spend $70 for a quality Shaw and Tenney so what else might be available? Thanks for any help.

Pete, I just finished hanging seats in my Bob. I used one inch wide dowels with 4 inch carriage bolts and cut the tops of the dowels at an angle. Phil, No Prospector experience but have built others and I like the straight look.
