Canoe Camper Done
Using the stripping techniques for Bear Mountain...I finally finished the stripper Teardrop Trailer. For dowel joints, these self centering jigs take out all the error. Here's a link to one from Woodcraft that's very good, but you can find chealper I think...Self-Centering Jig

I've been messing around some with Dupont Chromaclear on a cedar strip camper/canoe hauler. You can see the results so far at my google site SlumberMAX Camper . I've only used Interlux...but I like it alot and it will do a fine job!!! I haven't used Epiphanes, but I am sure it is a great product. In addition to what Glen said...cleanliness in next to godliness when it comes to applying a finish coat...and that will make a great difference in the final appea...

My experience with MAS has been that you can be more aggressive applying MAS Slow than West if you are rolling or painting. Bubbles introduced with MAS Slow will (most likely) dissipate before curing...West has a much shorter open time so you need to follow the instructions in CanoeCraft. Bottom lin...
