Roscoe,
Being that you are Irish, I have no doubt that you have a great personality! I will also comment on an admirable trait - you made your choice and are going for it! Keep us informed of your progress - the F17 is on my list of things to do!

Keith, I have recently given some consideration to a sail rig as well. If you do a search on this forum, you will find numerous posts, all with good information. I read a fair bit on them and from other sources. I recommend you fish around a bit (no punn intended...) and make sure you read as much a...

While canoe sailing has always intrigued me, I never really gave it much serious thought. This post has sparked the curiousity (once again). I would be a very suitable means of water navigation for my next location. I have looked at all of the avail designs and without modification, I am unsure of w...

Sorry, I have nothing to say about your original topic... I just had to chime in on the comments about Californians, Canadians, and of course, Hockey. Now, I am a Canadian living in California (only for another 6 months :sad ), and I happen to like to play hockey. So, what does that make me (other t...

OK, since you have only received 14 responses... :rolling eyes I also took note of Glen's marvellous idea to use a hair dye applicator with regular yellow carpenter’s glue. I use an 8 oz bottle which allows me to apply numerous strips fom one fill, but still allows for reasonable access (without bei...
