Mother's Day Inspiration

Just thought you might like to see the Rice Lake. Just fitted the trailer and will be hitting the water for a weekend after the paint cures a bit...Juneaudave

What a little beauty!!! I can't wait to do one! Well, maybe after I finish the Redbird..... Please let us know how she handles. I'm very interested to know as the Rice Lake was what I was going to build for fishing. How many horses is the motor?
Really nice job Dave.

Dave,
Your Rice Lake looks great. Like the deck design and really like the red bottom paint. Looks like you installed slats in the bottom, if so how much additional weight are they adding? Thought about that for my wherry but was afraid it would be too heavy.

Doug, have you started working on the Osprey yet? If yes, any progress photos for us to drool over?

Nice work Dave.....I was just up at Rice Lake last weekend...opening up the cottage for the season.

Alaska must have had an early spring. You've got more green in those pictures than I see around here so far (southern Ontario).

Hi Glen, no I have not started the hull yet.
My wife seems to think spring time chores are still more important.
Ya, I know it sounds weak, but we'll get there.

All the best,
Doug
