does anyone know of any plans for a cedar stripped fishing boat? something i could put a small motor on. i've searched and all that i could find were plans for ply-wood boats. i took the one set of plans i found for a 9' boat and started to make templets for the forms but before i get to far i would like to know if anyone knows where i could find any plans
TIA

You can find two cedar-strip boats through this very page by clicking on "Small Boat Plans" or click on this link to see one of them: http://www.bearmountainboats.com/13-9RiceLakeSkiff.htm

Try doing a web search for a "Cosine Wherry". It's the subject of the book "Rip, Strip and Row". I forget the author. It may be what you want.
