My first Bead and Cove router setup That I've used for at least 20 canoes, and still works fine is going into retirement.

I purchased a used router table, and just finished setting it up. Here are a few pics.ImageImage

Very nice. Better than my set up, I pushed against the bit and fence. Wish I would have read your 'between the bit and fence' recommendation earlier.
