Oars for Rice Lake

Post by Juneaudave »

Anyone know how long I should make the oars for the Rice Lake Skiff? I know nothing about rowing a boat other than it always seems your facing the wrong direction!!

This link shows how to make oars and it contains other links that you might find useful: http://www.bateau.com/free/simple_oars.html

If this doesn't help, let me know and I will try to find more info.

Do a seach in their forum for oars and I imagine there will be a few hits.

All the bestin this hoilday season,
