Hi,
I practise dive hunting.
I liked to know if somebody has some project of one kayak sit-on-top, because it is more easy to jump up, and sail in the sea, or something that is adjusted to this activity.
Tanks
Kayak sit-on-top project...Somebody has???

There are a few sit-on-top stitch and glue kayaks on the market. You could start by checking out the models at Jem Watercraft: http://jemwatercraft.com/index.php
I´m interested a Kayak more simple.

You could try posting your request on the Guillemot Forum: http://www.kayakforum.com/cgi-bin/Building/index.cgi . Someone there might be aware of a design similar to what you want but don't forget to check back here in case one of our members has some good info for you.
I am a diver also and have used a sit on top style of kayak for diving. It was a plastic model. It had molded plastic pockets for our scuba tanks. It was easy to get into with or without our BCs still on and had plenty of space for other gear. It was expensive and paddled like a barge.
If you find a cedar strip design that will work for this purpose, keep in mind that dropping a tank in the boat could ruin the hull and sink it. A raised panel floor like in some of the old cedar canvas canoes might help prevent that from happening.
