Need help choosing a kayak design

Hello,

I have many years of canoe experience and an interest is building a kayak for Michigan rivers and lakes. My concern is I'm 5' 10" tall and 220 lbs and have not found many products listed for a man my size. I'd like to find a design that I will enjoy but nor out grow in a few seasons. If you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate any recommendations.

You should consider the Resolute.
Average load is 260lbs. but it can handle up to 340 lbs. without a problem.
These weights include the boat, paddler and gear.
