TWO BOB SPECIAL 16' in Jointed White Cedar -VIDEOS-

Post by Michel Boissonneault »

Hi (Bonjour),

In 2014, me and my friend Guy Rinfret decided to build two Bob Special 16 feet in jointed white cedar from Quebec.

The construction project took place from october ’14 to june ’15. The canoes weighs 56 lbs and 58 lbs.

We shot 8 hours of video and have taken around 1800 photos.

Here’s 9 short art movies about this project, posted on vimeo.

Take them as a tribute to Ted and Joan for their Canoecraft book, plan and support.

Not a tutorial but there are some hidden tips in a few.
