It's a free boat design program which imports HULLS files. I've had a chance to read through the manual and have played with the program for a bit this weekend. It looks very promising, but needs to be able to calculate more hydrodynamics. But it will take your Hulls design and round the chine, which was my biggest obstacle in my current kayak. It's worth checking out. Very Fun program.

I thought I'd update about this program. There is a good thread going on over at http://www.myccr.com/SectionForums/view ... 5&start=15
Anyway, this is a pretty good program for designing your own canoe. Here is something I did this morning. It's from Edwin Adney's The Bark Canoes and Skin Boats of North America. It's the Figure 70: Modern (1895) Malecite 2.5 Fathom St. John river Canoe from page 79.
