Hey Glenn...
This is just the best website out there for Canoes, etc. but IMHO wasting extremely valuable space with the blue-green left side column is not necessary for anybody. There could be a single horizontal banner across the top just under the photo with Products, Workshops, Shop Online, News, Support, Forum, Contact Info, About us & Home included and active links.
This would give us back the full width of the screen for reading and writing messages. It seems silly but every time I log on, I see that column and then look at the scrunched up message area and think to myself... so sad!

Joe, I did my best to regain screen space and this is the best I could get out of the programmers. They don't seem to want to give up that left column and the final word belongs to Joan. I think we should be grateful for the fact that she provides this forum as a tool for us boat builders.
