Outdoor building project

Post by Arctic »

We got about 30cm of wet snow here today- so I went out and built an igloo. I used to build them up North when I lived there- but here the snow is just not right for the way we built them up there. We used dry, crisp, hard packed snow.
I found these molding blocks that are perfect with the wet snow, and voila- after about two hours I had a nice little igloo in my backyard. I think the neighborhood kids will get a blast out of it.

Here is the site for the blocks with some pictures- if anyone wants to check it out.

Thanks for the link. I went to the site and all that came up was a tiny little picture. Sounds fun. We're getting some snow right now to add to our about three feet now.
