Patrick makes Eagle!

Hey folks! Just a note to let you know that Patrick passed his Eagle Scout Board of Review last night! This seems completely off-topic (hence it's post here in this category) but it is in fact his involvement with canoeing and his pursuit of building a canoe that is partially responsible for his dedication to the outdoors and scouting that got him where he is today. You folks all deserve a bit of the credit for his accomplishment.

The rank of Eagle Scout is a great accomplishment. I applaud your effort in getting there. You should all be proud.

You are accomplishing many great things for your age.

I must say that congrats are in order for Dad as well. It was Patricks dedication that earned him this high honor but it was his Dad that was there all the way and helped make it possible.
