While I don't have a passion for Gorilla Glue, I did find a use for it this weekend. The felt soles of my wading boots had separated at the center of the sole from about 1/2 of the length of the bottom.
I had a little left from an outdoor project and thought it might work. I cleaned out the sand and gravel and painted the felt lightly with some water and then applied the glue sparingly and taped the felt down with copious amounts of masking tape. The boots held up nicely chasing some Colorado trout.
