May be of interest to some people;

On Jan 31 (9:00 PM) the CBC's "Passionate Eye" is showing a documentary on LGen Romeo Dallaire's, "Shake Hands With the Devil".
LGen Dallaire was the UN force commander during the 1993 Rwanda genocide.
