Firefox Web Browser

Post by Bud »

Has anyone else tried the new Firefox web browser from Mozilla? It's based on the old Netscape browser, but rebuilt from the ground up. Gets rid of pop-ups and is supposed to be much more secure than IE. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of IE, but is less than 5 meg download. Imports your settings from IE. I really like it. Give it a try.

I have been on Firefox for the past few months. Great browser. No problems with pop ups (yet), and I like the tabs feature. Very easy to DL, open and start surfing.

I have been usuing it for some time now and find it functions just fine for me. :laughing

Guess I need to be added to the ranks of positive users :laughing

Keep in mind it does need the occasional update 1.0.4 is the latest version I believe
