3/16" Strips - Any Problems?

Hi Al,

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with 3/16" strips. Thinking of using them on my next boat. I've read everything I can on this (the old board) and other boards but I'm wondering if some regulars here (Glen, Dean etc.) have any input. Thanks.

I have built 3 boats using 3/16" strips and I have not run into any particular problems. If using B & C be extra careful with the setup so everything is well centered. You don't have much "margin" for sanding and it can get thin pretty quick.
