Boat is coming along nicely

Both sides filled as far as we can go and now we will fill in one side.

progress this last week of January

A couple of pics of our progress to date. Hopefully we will close in the football Sunday morning and then start the outer stems for install during week. My thanks to Bear Mountain Boats for supplying a few more strips as I cut it too close (ie short) on a few for filling in the football.

filled in the football today. A few gaps but all in all not too bad. The stern section bookmatched almost perfect and we are a bit off in the bow section.

Outer stems are on and fairing to begin tomorrow. A one week delay due to a new kitchen install at my place. Thankfully that is done and back to the boat.

Got hull sanded today with 80 grit, wetted, then sanded with 120 grit
