Moving - how to store strips

Post by DaveA »

Good Day,
We are moving and I have strips left over from my last build that I want to safely move. Most are 16' long. Any suggestions?

Thanks

The most common method is Shrink wrapping them.
Keep your paddle wet and your seat dry!

Thanks Jim,
That helped. Wrapped some heavy construction paper on the edge of the strip bundle to protect the concave bead edges, then shrink wrapped. Hopefully it will survive the move.
Thanks for the tip

I always like to use dowels in the outside coves to protect them before wrapping. Palletizing tape also works well.
