Disaster strikes!!!!! Need help

I regret to say that my step dad accidentally dropped a impact wrench and put a 3" hole im by Rob roy. The epoxy on the inside stretched and became dettached in about a 7" circle around the hole!!!! If anyone has any idea how to repair a whole like this please help me!!!!!!! Thanks Kyle Hammer New York

Has the incident damaged just the glass or the wood also? Does it look like wood should be removed to perform the repair?
