Any ideas for leftovers

I have 2 sheets 3ply marine ply 3/8" (8ft x 4ft) left over as well as plenty of 6oz cloth and 4 18ft ash gunwales. Anyone got any ideas as to how I can use this up?

maybe a next project (canoe or kayak) perhaps ?
