Hi Guys,
Looking for any comments or thoughts from anyone who has built this boat. I purchased plans for it last year, so might start this winter. Just wondering how the canoe handles with a motor mounted on the transom, if there is any squatting at all etc etc.
I see on the Bear Mountain Facebook page that Peter Feindel, one of the first builders of the boat, has just built a ‘skiff’ type canoe from the Nomad and wonder if he wanted more freeboard/displacement than the Coppermine offered...
Anyway, thanks for any input!
