Just off of the forms!
I copied parts from several different plans to produce a small fishing craft. ( I guess it's more boat than canoe)
it's 11'1" long, 37" wide and about 15" deep.
I designed it to be hauled top of an ATV to get to some remote trout lakes.
The goals were to make it short and light, but still to have decent capacity. It's going to be used with either an electric trolling motor or a small gas outboard. It's also going to get a centre seat and oarlocks for rowing.
Since it's wide and short, it wont be very fast, but thats ok. Our usual fishing technique for trout is to troll as slowly as possible.
