Is it hard to modify existing canoe plans

I found this canoe that I liked but I have no dimensions. Is it possible to modify some existing plans to make it look like this canoe???? Can someone help me?????

IThere are ways to take the lines from that boat and use the measurements to create offset tables and stations. IIRC, this was covered in the original Canoecraft. But you'll have to get permission from the designer, since there could be copyright issues.
