Bob's special finished and launched

Post by Adamv »

Greetings to one and all,

Last week I finished my 15' Bob's Special. She looks great (for my standards) and paddles like a dream. We're going to Killarney on our first trip together in a week and a half. Thanks to everybody on this forum for your help.

Looks great Adam, congratulations! I'm looking forward to getting to that point myself (first coat of varnish last night - just waiting for it to dry hard enough to sand off my drips and sags).
Cheers,
Bryan

Bobs Special

Post by Martin »

Hi Adam,

I finished my Bobs Special last year. It is a great boat and gets lots of looks while driving down the highway. I stretched mine to 16ft and used it on a 4 day canoe trip in northern alberta. It was a real pleasure.

Enjoy your boat - Martin (calgary)
